1.1.PCB board processing
The processing are devided into two parts:automatic assembly machine and mannual automatic assembly.Machine assembly includes SMT,AI,and mannual assembly includes manual inserting,repair welding,repairing and testing.
Procedure:production arrangements—automatic patching—reflow soldering—automatic plugging in board—manual plugging in board—wave soldering—mannual repairing welding—repairing—test measurement-packaging
1).All components must be tested strictly before in storage
2).Components distributed to reforming department,and made preparation.
3).Shaped PCB board and components are booked to patch department,then patch and reflow soldering
4). Plug-in board department receive the PCB board with component sticked,and plug.
5)After automatic patching and plug-in board,the PCB board will then be to wave soldering,repairing welding,tested and measured up to standard,at last sent to assembly department for measurement.
6).Assembled PCB board will be in high temperature,high voltage,heavy load,long time maturing with electricity,,after the assay is approved,will be sent into finished goods warehouse.
