Fair Food Company stands for:

Giving everybody a chance.
Where possible we give less fortunate youngsters a chance to learn about catering and life. We do group activities with these youngsters to enhance social skills and self confidence. With the use of Fair Trade products we hope to help farmers in developing countries. We support child care programs.

Treasuring all life.
We serve vegetarian as well as free-range natural meats and sustainable fish. We use only the highest quality organic ingredients and take pride in supporting local farmers and businesses. Our international cuisine will take you on a culinary journey around the world.

Health.
We specialize in serving fresh, seasonal cuisine, carefully prepared on the location of your choice, presented to complement the atmosphere of your event. In our menu’s you will find influences of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Macrobiotics. We use little or no frozen vegetables. We use lots of sea vegetables for the taste, nutrition, and wonderful healing We use reduced sodium soy sauce and avoid any sauce with monosodium glutamate (MSG). We serve your guests healthy and tasty food.

The environment.
Cooking on location means saving energy. When we have to use disposables, which we don’t like, we have a range of 100% compostable products, made of sugarcane fibers. All our cleaning products are bio degradable. Of course we produce as less waste as possible and separate it. We select our suppliers on having the same standards as us.
